For additional assistance or for blocks of 20+ rooms:
- Complete the form below to request a team block and individualized booking link.
- Please do not complete the form more than once.
- If you are attending multiple waves or events, you may consolidate your request into one form submission if you prefer.

What to Expect:
- You will see an immediate, pop-up message when you submit your request successfully.
- Please allow 5 business days for a response.
- We will reply to the email you provide us. If we have questions, we will attempt to call.
- You will receive detailed instructions to book your team rooms once assigned.

Important notes:
- We can not fulfill your request without detailed information including how many teams per event/wave and how many rooms per event/wave you require. We can service your request much better with complete and detailed information. Please fully complete the form below with as much detail as possible.
- Hotels may vary by event/wave. Please carefully review your tournament's hotel page for options specific to your wave.
- Providing at least 5 preferred hotel/condo options may allow us to fulfill your request more quickly.
- Requesting a room block is not a confirmation of your room block.
- Room blocks will be assigned based on availability.
